Refunds on the actual top-up

The etisalat recharge online itself is completed by you on the operator's app, your banking app, or a licensed voucher vendor. Refund requests for that transaction go to the payment channel used, or to the operator directly.

How we can still help

• If a top-up did not reach your line, write to support@topupuaesim.com with the transaction reference from the channel you used.
• We help you identify the correct support contact — operator, bank, or voucher vendor.
• We don't have access to move funds; we can only guide.

Cancellation

You can stop the email conversation at any time — just reply and ask us to close the thread. No further steps are needed on your side.
