1. About these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of topupuaesim.com and the assistance service provided by TopUp UAE SIM ("we"). By using the website or submitting the email form, you agree to these terms.

2. Scope of service

We provide free email-based assistance for Dubai residents on questions related to etisalat quick pay, etisalat quick recharge and etisalat recharge online. Our role is guidance — the actual top-up transaction is completed by you on the payment channel of your choice.

3. Status

TopUp UAE SIM is an independent Dubai-based assistance service, operating separately from any telecom operator or government authority of the United Arab Emirates.

4. Your responsibilities

• Provide a valid email address so we can reply.
• Follow the guidance we provide at your own discretion.
• Comply with UAE law and the terms of the payment channel you finally use.

5. Fees

The assistance service is free. Any fees on the actual top-up come from the payment channel and are disclosed by that channel before you confirm.

6. Response time

Requests during working hours (Sun–Thu 09:00–18:00 Gulf Standard Time) are answered the same working day. Late-evening, Friday and Saturday requests are typically answered the next working morning.

7. Refunds

The assistance itself is free of charge. Refunds related to the actual top-up transaction are handled by the payment channel or the operator — see our refund policy for details.

8. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to provide accurate guidance but we do not guarantee availability of any specific channel, amount or price. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by UAE law.

9. Intellectual property

Website design, text and logos are the property of TopUp UAE SIM unless indicated otherwise. Trademarks referenced (including "etisalat") remain the property of their respective owners.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version.
